DIGITUS Category 5e Class D pair cables are manufactured and tested in accordance with CAT 5e ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173, ensuring that the cable installation complies with the ISO and EN channel specification, and providing excellent performance for CAT 5e DIGITUS cabling. Performance has been tested up to 100 MHz, including performance characteristics such as crosstalk (“NEXT”). DIGITUS patch cables have been specially designed to meet the needs of different application areas in an integral way. Each cable features an injection-molded bend protection sleeve with strain relief. In addition, the protective sleeve features a detent lever that prevents cables from becoming entangled, and at the same time protects the detent lever from unhooking from the connector. The blue coloring of the connectors makes them easy to identify as category 5e.
