Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us please email us and include your invoice number and reason for return.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind after purchasing an item from us within 7 days and it has not been opened we can accept it back for exchange or a full refund. A minimum $10 admin charge will apply where the reason for return is not the fault of Paradigm PCs.
*Software cannot be returned.

Warranty Returns

If you purchased the item from us then please make contact with us first. Please email us and include your invoice number (starts with ‘PP’), a clear but brief description of the fault, and the items serial number if it has one.
All product sold by Paradigm PCs is sourced from the NZ Distributors. We do not parallel import. All product should be for the New Zealand market and supported fully by the manufacturers warranty locally here in New Zealand.
Once we have received your warranty support request we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
There may be a service charge for goods returned that have been found to be not faulty, or with physical damage, or with damage caused by improper use, or not covered under warranty.

Loss of Data

Unless otherwise specified the warranty on most products does not cover data loss.
It is very important to back-up the contents of your device to a separate storage medium on a regular basis.
If you value the data, make a backup!
