I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark since March 2014 when I placed my inital order to build my first custom computer.
Delivery was prompt.

A few years later in 2017, I purchased a replacement CPU and had the same expirence.
Then in 2023 a purchased a three-way monitor stand and say it with me now, had prompt delivery.

I recently placed an order which contained a Hard Drive Disk, it was very well packed;

The outer box contained additional items of the order, which shows both a keen eye for the client expirence (i.e making it easy to do stock intake) and also allows them to serve dual purpose as a soft layer of potection.
There was a layer of receyled carboard paper, followed by regular paper and then the drive its self in an anti static bag.

While pricing is some times slightly (i.e around $10) more than the main comptetitor, I would rather than deal with Mark for serveral reasons however primarly his prompt responses and down to earth demour.

A side note, I apperciate how despite having not created an account for most of my time as a client that:
I) My purchase histroy has been perseved.
II) I am able to very easily view an order without having to try and login, especially when it might not be feasible to do so.
III) Mark’s responses have been clear and concise.
