If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us please contact us and include your invoice number and reason for return.
For faulty goods please submit a RMA request from your order status page if you have a customer login, or use the Return Authorisation Form link at the bottom of the screen.
If you change your mind after purchasing an item from us within 7 days and it has not been opened we can accept it back for exchange or a full refund. A
minimum $10 admin charge will apply where the reason for return is not the fault of Paradigm PCs.
*Software cannot be returned.

All product sold by Paradigm PCs is sourced from the NZ Distributors. We do not parallel import. All product should be for the New Zealand market and supported fully by the manufacturers warranty locally here in New Zealand.
Once we have received your RMA request we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
There may be a service charge for goods returned that have been found to be not faulty, or with physical damage, or with damage caused by improper use, or not covered under warranty.
