request form must be completed and an RA number received from Paradigm PCs.
Once we have received the completed form we will reply with an RA number. This
RA number must accompany the faulty goods when returned to us.
Failure to follow these procedures will cause delays.
goods returned that have been found to have been damaged due to
incorrect assembly or setup will not be covered by warranty. A service
charge of $50 inc GST will also apply for goods not covered or found
to be not faulty. If for
any reason a service fee is charged, Paradigm PCs reserves the right
to deem the product as 'abandoned' if payment has not been received
after 1 month and will sell the goods to recover costs.
Requests for warranty replacements on Hard Disk Drives must be accompanied
by a diagnostic report. These utility programs can be found at the
drive manufacturer's websites. Please also note that any information
stored on any data storage device (like a Hard Disk Drive) may be
lost while undergoing testing. Please make sure any important data
is safely backed-up before returning your faulty goods.
you are sending your goods we recommend you use a Courier company to ensure
a speedy delivery. Goods sent by courier need to be adequately packaged so to
avoid any unneccessary damage caused in transit which may also void your warranty.
